Ahead for Wesley: Thanksgiving, talking serpents, Christmas party
Wesley's shaking things up as the fall semester draws to a close, and students should be aware of some changes to our normal schedule:
Wednesday, Nov. 21: There will be no Wesley dinner and worship tonight. Students are instead encouraged to attend Tempe's interfaith Thanksgiving service, which will be held at Tempe First United Methodist Church at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 28: Everything's back to normal. Wesley will meet at 6 p.m. for dinner and have worship at 7 p.m. in Ross Hall at Tempe First UMC. Pastor Rob will be finishing up his series on "things that talk in the Bible... that aren't human" with a tale of a talking serpent.
Wednesday, Dec. 5: Pastor Rob will be hosting the Wesley Christmas Party at the parsonage from 6 - 9 p.m. Come on over to celebrate the end of the semester with fellow students and members of Wesley's Board of Directors.
